JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Welcome residents and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, fostering a sense of community.
2. Securely sign in guests after verifying identification, adhering to all safety protocols.
3. Efficiently manage resident packages delivered outside of business hours, ensuring proper documentation, safekeeping, and timely communication with residents.
4. Respond promptly to resident lockouts by following established procedures to regain entry and minimize disruption.
5. Conduct regular and proactive patrols throughout the community to ensure all doors and access points are closed and secure, contributing to a safe environment.
6. Maintain a watchful eye for any suspicious activity, report any concerns to appropriate personnel immediately, and take appropriate action as needed.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work area, upholding a professional image for the community.
8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring the smooth operation of the Night Desk.

Compensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for an annual performance bonus that is based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for a discretionary weekly, monthly and/or quarterly bonus based on budget.
