Southwestern Roofing is looking for a new addition to our team! We are looking for someone who exhibits strong customer service skills and has the ability to maintain a positive attitude within the office. Some experience is required; however we are able to offer training as well as opportunities for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performs clerical duties and some data entry including filing, contract preparation, invoice entry, mailing out warranties, and phone coverage
• Maintains a smile and positive attitude towards customers, office representatives, management, subcontractors, and vendors
• Follows all company policies and procedures as set forth in both written and verbal communications
• Performs additional duties as requested by management
