Medical Office Front Desk Coordinator – Regenerative Medicine Office

As an Office Coordinator, you should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude to welcome our patients. Responsibilities include:

• Treats patients warmly ensuring check in/check out of all patients using the software.
• Initiate & maintain a regular line of communication between providers and office staff on patient status, arrivals, workflow, and next steps.
• Confirms and schedules patient appointments, as well as cancellations, no-shows, and rescheduling requests.
• Process non-insurance billing and/or credit applications
• Maintain cleanliness of examination rooms using clinical procedures and ensure exam rooms are supplied appropriately.
• Ensures all patients fill out and sign appropriate documents and consents for the procedures they are receiving, inputting the data into Salesforce.
• Ensures all patients sign appropriate consents for the procedures they are receiving.
• Keeps track of inventory and orders supplies for adequate support of the office.
• Performs all opening/closing procedures according to the assigned duties.
• Is accountable for facility maintenance and cleanliness (scheduling cleaner /maintenance to come to office)
• Assist providers as needed. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Customer service: 2 years (Required)
• Medical receptionist: 1 year preferred
• Ability to stay organized and proactive in a fast-paced environment
• US work authorization required

Schedule:

• 1-2 days per week (10 to 25 hours/week). No nights.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
