Preferred Qualifications:
Ob/Gyn Private Medical Practice Experience
Allscripts Professional PM and EHR knowledge
Bilingual Spanish/English
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and Register Patients
- Schedule Patient Appointments
- Answer Multi-line Phones
- Management of the insurance verification
- Calculation and collection of all co-pays, co-insurance and deductibles
- Data Entry into Practice Management System
Hours:
Full time: 40 hr/wk: Mon–-Thurs 10am - 6:30pm, Occasional Saturday 7am-3:30pm (we also offer 9 hour shifts, rotating day off per period 9am-630pm)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
