Medical Receptionist

Tidewater Family Medical Care, PC is a privately owned Family Practice in the heart of Great Bridge. We have been in practice for over 30 years and currently have two physicians who maintain a busy, fast-paced schedule Monday-Friday.

Typical duties will include as follows:

-Answering phones and appropriately handling patient questions

-Scheduling of consultations and testing for patients

-Scanning/Faxing

-Checking patients in and out of office

-Collecting payments

-Assisting Operations Manager directly with any tasks as needed

Ideal candidate will be able to multi-task and handle pressure well, as this is a fast-paced environment. Applicant should be mature, well spoken, organized, and a friendly personality. Medical experience is required.Applicants required to have High School diploma.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
