Answer all incoming phone calls
· Contacts care providers and clients regarding day-to-day changes.
· Discerns client services required as outlined in agreements, urgent requests and care plans.
· Enters staff and client information into a database.
· Verify Patients insurance eligibility.
· Others Duties assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
- Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
