Medical Receptionist

We are looking for an experienced professional with a growing psychiatry practice. The ideal candidate will have a background in both administrative work and customer service and enjoy creating a welcoming atmosphere for patients and co-workers in our offices. We are looking for an individual who is able to make quick decisions to add value to our practice, while still seeking out opportunities to continuously learn and grow.

Must have medical office experience.

Insurance work experience is preferred

Must have a clean background

Responsibilities:

• Answer telephones.
• Provide email/mail and fax service to clinic.
• Answer and route telephone calls to proper staff.
• Greet patients, families and visitors.
• Schedule /confirm patients.
• Filing
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
