- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain calendars
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments
- Update and maintain electronic medical records using eClinicalWorks,
- Assist with medical billing and coding as needed
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience working in a medical office setting providing administrative support
- Proficiency in using medical scheduling software and electronic health records systems like Eaglesoft, eClinicalWorks, or Epic
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Strong communication skills to interact with patients, staff, and healthcare providers effectively
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
