SalaryMedical Receptionist / Clerical Assistant Position in Well Established Busy Private Practice with competitive wages, Health & Life Insurance, Med-flex, 401K, Holiday/Vacation/Sick Leave. Spacious pleasant work environment. M-F 8am-5pm.
Checking in patients, entering patient demographics into data base, scheduling, posting patient charges & payments, insurance claim filing.
Candidate Qualifications: Excellent Customer Service Skills (Must enjoy working with all ages: Infants - older adults); Multi-tasking & Detail Aptitude; Articulate Oral & Written English; Pleasant Personality, GOOD MEMORY; Moderate Word & Excel skills; Typing 45+wpm; Basic Business & Accounting/Mathematical Aptitude; Prior medical office CLERICAL experience preferred, but not required.
