We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. You must have your own desktop or laptop to service with us. This is a 100 percent Work From Home Job for incoming calls only (no sales). We provide paid training, you control your hours, benefits (including advisory, tax prep and a variety of consumer discount programs). We also provide Bonus and Incentive pay for high performing agents.
Responsibilities
· Manage large amounts of incoming calls
· Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
· Provide accurate, valid and complete information
· Meet personal/Customer Service team sales targets and call handling quotas
· Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Skills
· You must own a Desktop computer or Laptop computer
· Proven customer support experience
· Track record of over-achieving quota
· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
· High school degree
