Screen incoming calls and adequately respond to telephone inquiries
Perform clerical duties including distribution of mail, faxes, and messages
Schedule/register new patients and update existing patient demographics
Verify insurance and collect patient co-pay/balance
Scan documents and enter data into EMR system
Other general office duties
Skills Required:
Able to multi-task!
Excellent communication skills
Very diligent
High levels of professionalism and customer service skills
Computer, typing, and telephone skills
Very detail oriented, dependable, responsible, and well organized
Ability to work efficiently and accurately
Knowledge of EMR
