Kelly Services is accepting resume for an Accounts Payable Specialist Role in Seneca Falls, NY This is an onsite only role.
Are you ready to take charge and deliver top-notch services in Accounts Payable? We're seeking a dynamic individual to lead the way across all units!
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Accounts Payable services across all units.
Get hands-on with SAP and/or Oracle systems (experience preferred).
Dive into online tools for efficient invoice processing.
Be the detective, identifying and rerouting transactions missing key data.
Collaborate with various team members to gather essential info for smooth transaction processing.
Keep the checks and balances in place with audits and verifications, following guidelines to a tee.
Qualifications:
Bring your A-game with an AAS, AS, or BS in Business Administration or a related field.
Got 1-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Customer Service? Perfect! SAP skills are a bonus, and reliability is key.
Other Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
Show off your stellar customer service, communication, and problem-solving chops.
Be the self-starter we need, juggling tasks with ease and always showing up.
Bonus points for SAP know-how and a knack for teamwork.
