Medical Receptionist

Full Job Description

Seeking Front Desk Receptionist medical office. Candidate must have strong customer skills, professional attitude and appearance, energetic, friendly, dependable, team player, ability to multitask with a polite demeanor and proficient patient communication skills for Family office atmosphere.

Duties to include but not limited to:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
• Answer incoming phone calls / Return phone calls
• Obtain Patient Information in-person and via phone
• Schedule Appointments / Work Flow / HIPAA Documents Compliance Adherence
• Check In / Check Out Patients
• Process Medical Records / Referral Orders / Advanced Radiology Reports
• EMR / Electronic Provider Transactions & Communications

Perform clerical and receptionist duties including medical records. Front Desk cross training available with opportunities for advancement! Amazing schedule "banker's hours", NO evenings or night shift, NO weekends, and PAID Holidays. Medical office experience required, knowledge of Radiology helpful. Include references on Resume.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
