Part Time Leading To Full Time Property Manager

We are a tech savvy property management company in the area. We take pride in the new technological methods we are developing but we need field staff to validate the process so that we can assure we are generating employment with flexibility for new era.

Our process is new and we will provide education how to use the cloud and work with teams offshore and back office concept. Since this job requires more of a responsibility and not office work we are presently looking for candidates who can balance the work life and produce results in changing times. Depending upon your interest and productivity this job will add hours

We need a highly energetic and self driven individual who wants to make a career in Property Management.

We have great incentive schemes as well as flexible timings. The hourly pay for this job is depending upon experience. We also have other avenues for the individual to be associated.

Required qualifications:

- Should have some experience in Property Management

- Should be hard working and honest

- Should be able to work with Microsoft Office products including excel and MS Word

- Should have good written and spoken English. Spanish would be a plus.

- Should be able to work with any employer in US

- Should have their own vehicle

- Should have some basic education

- Should be ready to learn

We would do background screen and would need at-least 2 references.

(SG Properties is a relatively small company with a limited portfolio hence we cannot afford full time person at this time, we would like the person to help the company grow and be a part of its biological growth)

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
