SalaryPrivate Ophthalmology practice on Central Avenue in Scarsdale is looking for a second full time Medical Receptionist. Must be reliable, friendly, hardworking and interested in learning. Candidates must have at least 1 year of Medical Receptionist experience. Responsibilities include answering multiple phone lines, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, collecting copays, insurance verification, obtaining referrals and filling charts. You will be assisting an experienced receptionist, Office hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am-5:15pm, Thursday 8:30 am-7:30pm.
Salary for this position is between $18 and $24/hour, depending on your experience. Benefits include paid vacation days, paid sick days and paid major holidays, 401k with employer matching after one year, in a pleasant non-abusive environment.
