SalaryFull time medical reception position for locally owned, growing eye care practice. Medical office and reception experience preferred but we will train the right candidate. Must have exceptional customer service skills, computer and electronic health records knowledge and outstanding phone skills. Multi-tasking ability is a must. Four day work week and competitive compensation and benefits. Responsibilities will include:
-Appointment scheduling
-Insurance verification
-Appointment confirmation
-Monitoring patient communication system
-Greeting and routing patients
-Collecting patient payments
-Calculating insurance and vision plan benefits
-Participation in office staff meetings
-Assisting other office centers when needed
