```Duties:```
- Greet and check-in patients for 2 in 1 medical practice, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays or payments
- Maintain patient records and update necessary information in the system
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks as needed
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience working in a medical/healthcare setting is preferred
- Proficiency in using dental office management systems such as Eaglesoft, eClinicalWorks, or Epic
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of medical records management and familiarity with HIPAA regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
