Medical Office Receptionist

Locations:

• Dallas, TX (South)

Front desk receptionist with strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Strong computer skills and Spanish Speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities:

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Provide overall support for multiple Physicians and office operations.
• Check patients in/out for examination.
• Update electronic medial records. Obtaining records from referring physicians.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Patient education
• Scheduling of tests, treatments, and obtaining prior authorizations.
• Triage telephone calls for referral to physician.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years experience preferred
• eClinicalWorks experience preferred
• Good transportation is a must.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
