We are seeking an energetic, bilingual Medical Receptionist to join our team. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients, managing medical records, and assisting with administrative tasks in a fast-paced medical office environment.
```Duties:```
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or direct them to the appropriate staff member
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays or payments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic systems such as eClinicalWorks and Medisoft
- Assist with billing and coding tasks as needed
- Coordinate referrals with other healthcare providers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
```Experience:```
No experience is required.
Experience or training as medical office staff is a plus but we perform on the job training.
