As an Office receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support, both in person and over the phone,when needed
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members if needed
- Collaborate with medical receptionists to ensure efficient workflow
Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle phone calls professionally
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to patients
