Fast-paced, high-volume clinic looking for a top skilled Medical Office Receptionist Float
Work location: Travel between 8 clinics from Plano to Melissa
Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly; Monday thru Friday, (8:00am – 5:00pm)

Here's What You Need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
- Six months of Healthcare experience in a clinical setting, or Customer Service experience in a clinical setting or office environment (REQUIRED)
What You Will Do:
- Perform a variety of general administrative support duties associated with the patient intake process and perform routine duties within the clinic
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Schedule appointments according to office guidelines
- Obtain accurate patient and insurance information, collect copays and deductible amounts
- Prepare charts for patients' appointments making sure all necessary information is complete
