THE ROLE: Marketing Coordinator
FrontStream is looking for a marketing rockstar who is excited to get up in the morning to build and coordinate exceptional marketing campaigns. We are interested in a marketing professional who is high-energy, detail-oriented and creative, an individual committed to and passionate about growing FrontStream’s customer base. This 100% remote position will work cross-functionally across departments and reports directly to the SVP of Marketing. The Marketing Coordinator position is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to make a significant contribution and help more good happen while honing skills in lead generation, SEO/SEM, product marketing, marketing automation, social media, and events.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
· Own the marketing calendar, ensuring successful execution of plans both internally and by external partners, enabling FrontStream to build pipeline through lead generation and increase customer adoption
· Convert strategy and marketing goals into compelling campaigns and promotional material
· Partner cross-functionally to develop programs and playbooks that enable our sales and customer success teams
· Proactively recommend new marketing strategies and tactics with the goal of improving conversion and adoption across every stage of the customer journey
· Track competitor positioning and make recommendations for how we further differentiate our messaging within the industry
· Coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns (including email, paid search, social media, SEO, and events) that accelerate the buying process
· Perform day-to-day execution of email campaigns and build campaign landing pages utilizing our marketing automation tool
· Master ICP segmentation and ongoing list development
· Analyze performance metrics and ROI of marketing tactics and refine strategies to enhance audience growth and customer donations
· Gain a sophisticated understanding of industry and competitor issues and trends
WHO YOU ARE
· Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or related field
· You have 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced digital marketing environment
· You love “Smarketing” (sales and marketing) and live in the sales funnel
· You have experience with traditional digital marketing campaigns and have a track record of piloting new channels (such as TikTok, Influencers, etc) to augment or enhance existing programs
· You strike a balance between being creative and being data driven, with expertise in synthesizing data into impactful insights
· You have knowledge of marketing and sales systems such as Pardot, Hubspot, Drift, Salesforce.com, and Outreach
· You are highly accountable and able to handle multiple projects and competing priorities
· You have strong presentation, writing, analytical and research skills
