We are looking to hire an Events Coordinator! A typical day might include the following:
- Responding to a large and consistent volume of email, phone and drop-in inquiries about booking a private event, in a welcoming and positive way
- End-to-end communication with the guest scheduling the event, to ensure all questions are answered
- Providing education and consultation to guests regarding the plethora of options, including reservations for pickleball courts, games courts, canopy’s, catering, etc., to sell each guest the perfect option for them
- Answering questions that guests have regarding drinks, food, the game of Pickleball, or other questions about our awesome venue
- Creating documents that communicate necessary details to all internal parties impacted
- Communicating and working closely with other team members, to ensure events play out as each guest expects
- Seek feedback after events, and identify ways to improve; share feedback with the team
- Track event key performance areas and identify items to work on for future events

How You’ll Do It
- Maintains an in-depth knowledge of venue, menus, vendors, and operations as they pertain to sales, and property rentals.
- Coordinates event details such as space requirements, food and beverage menus, and game rental requirements with clients.
- Provides clients with up-to-date estimates on contracted food, beverage, and rentals, recommending best possible choices within their budget to ensure a better than expected event and to encourage repeat business.
- Accurately reviews event information at operations meetings and sets the team up for success with providing event cheat sheets, accurate # of drink tickets and wristbands for each group as needed.
- Oversees booked business to ensure client satisfaction, informing departments on event status and follows established guidelines and time frames.
- Coordinates the rental of any additional items sold for the event.
- Documents event details at the completion of each event for use in planning and executing future events.
- Investigates, resolves, and responds to guests’ comments/feedback as necessary.
- Participates in all marketing and promotional efforts to build the business.
- Any other duties as assigned.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of three (3) years of related sales or coordinating experience
- Excellent communication, time management and organization skills
- Ability to work on a team
- Energy and enthusiasm
- Safe service of food and alcohol certification is preferred.
- Knowledge in Tripleseat sales software, and Google Workspace or similar software is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
