The Benefits Coordinator is responsible for administration and customer service tasks of the Wright-Patt Credit Union sponsored employee benefits programs. The major activities of the Benefits Coordinator include: Serves as the primary customer service contact for partner-employee benefit inquiries, including health, dental, vision, workers' compensation, life assistance, supplemental plans, 401(k), HSAs, and COBRA. (30%) Serves as primary back-up for the Leave Coordinator on partner-employee leave requests, processing, and customer service to include FMLA, ADA, disability claims, and other state and federally-mandated leaves.
(15%) Assists the Senior Benefits Specialist in processing benefits enrollments for new hires, status changes, and life events. (10%) Reconciles and prepares payments to benefits vendors as well as state workers' compensation payments. (10%) Assists the Senior Benefits Specialist with wellness programming coordination.
(10%) Administers the Tuition Reimbursement Program for partner-employees. (10%) Oversees the service award and retirement programs. (5%) Conducts meetings and/or visits at satellite locations to provide benefits information and training to partner-employees on a regular basis.
(5%) Assists with the annual open enrollment process by processing enrollments and answering partner questions. (5%)
