FTNI is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist with the strategy and tactical execution of marketing and content creation activities to drive new business across our core verticals, as well as generate demand within new markets. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple marketing channels and programs. The Marketing Coordinator will be accountable for implementing and managing effective inbound and outbound lead generation programs including email campaigns, social media engagement, paid and organic search, social media advertising campaigns and creative, content development, industry event planning and logistics, and ongoing database management efforts.
The Marketing Coordinator will report to FTNI’s Marketing Manager to ensure strategic alignment between FTNI’s Marketing efforts and overarching Sales and revenue generation objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage various inbound and outbound lead generation activities including (but not limited to): email nurturing campaign creation and management, website content management and analytics, paid search (PPC) campaign management and reporting, marketing automation management and reporting, social media engagement and reporting, prospect list management, as well as copy writing and promotional material design
- SEO and content optimization
- Coordinate industry event logistics, including the support of onsite and digital marketing efforts
- Manage growth, segmentation and cleansing efforts within FTNI’s marketing database and CRM
- Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge and understanding of FTNI’s technology and solutions, as well as potential impacts of new and competing technologies and organizations
- Be accountable for individual work while also collaborating with other team members to achieve shared team targets and goals
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Communications or related field
- Proficient knowledge of applicable business tools and platforms including, but not limited to: HubSpot, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, etc.), Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Social Media Management tools, etc.
- Knowledge of Solution Selling and BANT methodologies a plus
- Proven track record meeting and exceeding goals/quotas
- Publication and graphic design experience a plus
- Video content creation experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess a strong work ethic (self-starter) with the ability to work independently as well as with a team, while having an entrepreneurial spirit to recommend and drive process improvement where necessary
- Ability to analyze complex problems or situations and develop effective solutions and determine appropriate courses of action
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Willingness to take on additional duties as necessary
