Export/Import Logistics Customer Service + Sales Support
We are an international freight forwarding company headquartered in Singapore with offices in 130 countries.
We seek to expand throughout Northern America in the next few years and in need of a strong team member for our new Long Beach office,
An ideal candidate is someone who speaks English and Korean fluently, who has some background in international and/or domestic logistics/freight forwarding, who is fearless to challenge new opportunities, but is detailed enought to support the work of our sales team, and has great communication skills to liase between our clients and our teams.

Duties for Export/Import Logistics Customer Service + Sales Support
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize import and export processes
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Coordinate and oversee the transportation of goods, including negotiating rates with carriers
- Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other logistics partners
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise
- Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of all import/export activities and documentation
Skills for Export/Import Logistics Customer Service + Sales Support
- Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) to optimize logistics processes
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to import/export operations using tools such as Tableau or Excel
- Familiarity with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems for inventory management
