Customer Service Representative

GLI is looking for a customer-oriented Service Representative / Logistical Dispatcher with Ground Transportation experience. The two roles run simultaneously and will be an added value yet equal part of our team of professionals. This exciting and challenging position overlaps into both customer support either on the phone placing new reservations, changing existing and helping the lead Dispatcher with scheduling assignments to our team of professional chauffeurs both here in So Cal and all over the planet. Where theirs an airport, we're there too. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Work with a great team answering incoming calls
• Work with a great team assigning reservations to the team of drivers
• Dispatch any same day reservations and / or changes to our great team of chauffeurs in the field
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Handle customer complaints.........wait, we don't have those!
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Skills
• Proven customer support experience / client Service Representative
• Dispatching medium paced assignments
• Monitoring and helping the team of chauffeurs ensuring their timeliness, understanding assignment(s), other assistance.
• Track record of over-achieving / Motivation
• Confident Individual Performance
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school degree or further
• Micro Soft Word, Excel, Outlook and ability to learn private user friendly reservation / dispatch software

Position - 8 hours - Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus opportunities

Experience:

• Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
