Job Description
Logistics-Customer Service Coordinator is a professional responsible for facilitating and executing customer orders by enabling accurate entry, execution and order fulfilment and logistics with delivery meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and fulfill customer orders providing cost effective transportation and on time delivery becoming a customer and product expert and resource for Royalty.
- Negotiate and process customer RMAs, and other order issues including production schedule or carrier issues.
- Utilize customer and carrier electronic portals and systems.
- Oversee the care and execution of contracts, manage blanket purchase orders, confirm POD or delivery times.
- Negotiate and maintain best available freight rates for all lanes with incumbent brokers and alternatives.
- Maintain weekly operations and monthly reports.
- Measure performance against customer’s KPI’s including performance vs budget, on-time performance, and execute strategies to improve them.
- Participate in team and process continuous improvement, including cross training for back up and relief with other team members.
Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree in Marketing or Logistics.
- Three years prior experience in Business-to-Business Customer Service and or Logistics.
- QuickBooks Enterprise, Acumatica, or other ERP Software Experience
- PowerPoint, Word, and Excel experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
