Temco Logistics is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives (CSR's) to join our Carson, CA TEAM!!!

ABOUT US:

At Temco Logistics, we're dedicated to delivering an outstanding white glove delivery service - either in person or over the phone. Our CSRs play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the support and assistance they need. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to address inquiries or resolve complex issues.
• Call Center intake of 100 + calls.
• Respond to customer and field techs inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Assist with processing orders, returns, or delivery rescheduling. Escalate as needed.
• Provide and update records information/orders as needed.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish needed)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Must be efficient in handling difficult situations professionally.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous Customer Service experience preferred, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be Bilingual.
• Must be able to pass a 7 year background check

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills. Scheduling interviews as early as this week and starting week of 3/18.
