GTI Laboratories has an opportunity for a Data Entry Specialist/Specimen Processor to join our fast-growing team. Through our innovative diagnostic testing, we are able to help our clients improve patient care.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Specimen Processor:
- Handling of received lab specimens
- Data entry of patient demographics
- Insurance eligibility checks
- Communicate effectively with other departments
- Completing spreadsheets
- Other duties assigned as needed
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge.
- Need to have working knowledge of basic computer programs.
REQUIREMENTS:
· MUST be reliable and dependable
· MUST have reliable transportation
· Communication is critical
· Professional
· Possess the ability to keep sensitive information confidential
· Complete HIPAA training upon hire
· Possess excellent comprehension skills
· Great customer service
· Team player
· Clean background check
· Adaptable to frequent change
· Work in a fast pace environment
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
