Legal Secretary/Paralegal

Spherion is recruiting for a Legal Secretary/Paralegal for our client in Baton Rouge. Preferred candidates will have experience with Litigation section. This is a Direct Hire opportunity for a well established Firm in Baton Rouge. They offer a very competitive salary with an outstanding benefits package.
Responsibilities:
The Legal Secretary/Paralegal will assist Attorneys with various duties, including Litigation in the casualty section. Candidates will need to have experience with documents and document management as well.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

*Excellent technology skills to include Word, Power Point and Outlook

Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
*Litigation experience highly desired
*Experience with local and federal court filings
*Experience with construction litigation would be a plus
*Ability to manage voluminous files and document management
