Spherion is recruiting for the position of Legal Secretary/Paralegal person. This is a hybrid position, as your duties will include those of a Legal Secretary and also a Paralegal. Responsibilities:
The Legal Secretary/Paralegal will perform work directly for the Sr. Partner. Duties will consist of research on relevant laws and legal articles, as well as interview clients, typing, drafting of legal documents and assist Attorney in case preparation.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

*Insurance defense experience is preferred

*Experience with interviewing clients
*Gathering and arranging evidence
*Experience with pleadings, motions and briefs
