Pro Power, Inc. is looking for full-time Customer Service Representative to provide exemplary service and sales/repair support to our customers. Our ideal candidate must possess high level multi-tasking skills and must be proficient with QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions software.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Essential Functions, Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support all Inside Sales, Repair Support, and Customer Service activities. Activities to include providing quotes, order entry, order and inventory management, order acknowledgement, order status updates to customers, sorting parts, and pulling items for shipping
- Provide product price and availability
- Answer phones
- Open order reports
- Work directly with vendors to facilitate shipping schedules, material requirements, order changes, tracking of shipments, and lead times
- Problem resolution
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager

Minimum Qualifications High school diploma required; Some college preferred
- 2 years of Customer Service experience in a office environment
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions, Excel, Word and Outlook
