Part-Time Legal Secretary / Assistant For Law Firm

Hello. Our three-attorney Law Firm is seeking a part-time Legal Secretary / Assistant that's internet savvy to work from approximately 8:30 a.m. to noon, daily. We handle a high volume of cases in Federal Court online. Your main priority will be answering the phone, taking detailed phone messages or intakes, basic office admin, filing, editing word documents, and keeping certain excel documents up to date. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.

A general familiarity/experience with federal court processes/procedures and experience using the ECF filing system is a major plus, although not required.

Your attire can be casual if you like. Sometimes we bring our dogs to work. Dog lover is a plus.

Free off street parking available.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.29 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
