SalaryWe are seeking a Legal Assistant/Secretary to join our team!
The right candidate will have strong communication skills and a motivated work ethic. The individual hired will be interacting with clients over the phone and in person.
Duties will include managing files, receiving phone calls, scheduling appointments, and drafting correspondence. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask. Legal experience is not required.
Our small firm offers a wonderful work environment with a lot of potential. Pay is based upon experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
Travel requirement:
