Job Description
Boutique Law Firm looking for full time receptionist. Prior experience a plus, but not required. Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals or departments
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform data entry, transcribe documents, and type correspondence
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Manage phone systems, including routing calls and taking messages
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in data entry, transcribing, and typing documents accurately
- Familiarity with phone systems and the ability to handle multiple lines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Knowledge of front desk procedures and customer service principles
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
