Job Description
- Answer all incoming telephone calls, and dispatch to the appropriate individual.
- Take detailed messages including reason for telephone call and all relevant contact info.
- Greet clients and attorneys and all visitors to the office.
- Maintain conference room and overall organization and appearance of conference room.
- Open mail, date stamp, distribute accordingly.
- Process outgoing correspondence to Court, clients and other attorneys.
- Scan documents into client database.
- Copy and assemble motions, petitions, discovery and other legal documents.
- Follow up with clients and opposing attorneys as directed by paralegals.
- Applicant must be a team player with a professional demeanor. Law office experience is preferred.
