- Successful college experience is preferred, but there are no minimum educational requirements.

Job Duties:
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and Forms proficiently.
- Use Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other virtual platforms for providing services.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Meet required timelines and prioritize duties accordingly.
- Monitor vendor accounts and process payments/cancellations promptly.
- Learn specific computer programs related to ACCES-VR.
- Handle physical folders, including lifting and placing them in file cabinets.
- Conduct physical and electronic records filing.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Update/manage daily and weekly payment logs and spreadsheets.
- Manage email correspondence, scanning, and faxing duties.
- Provide coverage at the reception desk, including answering and transferring incoming phone calls.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Process payments to vendors for the District Office.
- Correspond with vendors and address their inquiries.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Forms).
- Experience with virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
- Attention to detail in monitoring vendor accounts and processing payments.
- Ability to learn and adapt to specific computer programs related to ACCES-VR.
- Effective communication skills for corresponding with vendors and addressing inquiries.
Misc. Information:
- Shift Days/Time: Mon-Fri 9:00 am-5:00 pm.
- Parking: Paid parking is available in a lot across the street from the location.
- Public Transportation: Broome County Bus Stops are within walking distance of the worksite.
- Interviews: In-person interviews will be conducted.
- Training: Training will be provided for the role.
