Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Receptionist to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in New York, NY.
Job Title: Receptionist
Work Location: New York, NY
Duration: Long-term contract with option to hire
Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Receptionist will be sitting the majority of the time. However, he or she will be checking the conference rooms in the morning.
- The receptionist sometimes will be asked to join the team to move some tables and chairs in the main conference room called Tribeca.
- No lifting at the receptionist desk. However, sometimes we move tables & chairs in the main conference room.
- The receptionist would join the team and we will move these items as a team.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Candidates MUST have below:
- Experience Booking Meetings with Software (i.e. Rendezvous).
- Experience with ARC phone system.
- Manages well with high volume calls
- Has good communication with customers
- Corporate or Law Firm Experience
- The receptionist needs to be presentable at all times. He or she must have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- The receptionist needs to have the "can-do " attitude.
- Professional and good spirit are soft skills that we are looking for.
- Candidate must be very presentable.
- He or she needs to have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- The dress code is black pants, shirts and shoes.
- No parking or validation all others use public transit
- No Vax requirement but if a temp or ill, do not come to work call in to manager
