We are seeking a Family Law Legal Assistant/Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs. This person must have at least 5 years of experience in Family Law.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
- Investigate facts to help in the drafting of legal documents
- Monitor and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures
- Record and store client information
- Converse with clients
- Keeping the calendar updates
- Legal filings
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or paralegal in Family Law
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Familiar with the Family Law Court Forms and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
