SalaryA boutique law firm in Irvine California is hiring a legal assistant (full time). Must have experience in handling EB-1A and NIW related cases. Job Duties: This person will assist team in immigration related cases, e.g. EB-1A, NIW, L1, EB-1C, EB2/3, EB5 etc. Draft and assemble non-immigrant and immigrant petitions and applications. Experienced candidate is preferred. If you have little knowledge of immigration cases, we need you to be learning fast and to be detail oriented.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above
2. Good at legal writing and drafting legal documents
3. Must have experience in handling EB-1A and NIW
4. Must be able to read and speak Chinese
5. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and variety of other computer-based applications.
