SalaryWe are looking for full-time experienced Legal Assistants to join our growing Personal Injury and Employment Law teams!
Candidates must:
- Be detail oriented and highly organized
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Be able to work independently, manage workload, and keep deadlines
Job duties and responsibilities include:
- Preparing and filing documents with courts
- Managing calendar for attorneys
- Drafting of legal documents such as pleadings, depositions, contracts
- Organizing and archiving documents related to completed and ongoing case files
- Legal researching
- Communicating with clients and attorneys to keep everyone up to date
- Communicating with doctors and insurance adjusters
URGENTLY HIRING
Bilingual in Farsi or Spanish is a huge plus
