STARTING PAY: $65,000-$85000.
Established and growing boutique law firm in Irvine seeks full-time, experienced business Legal Assistant/Paralegal to support three litigation attorneys (partner and three associates).

Qualification & Responsibilities:
- Filings in State (75%) and Federal Court (25%).
- Calendaring - Litigation deadlines, reminders, etc.
- Drafting Pleadings and Discovery (i.e. draft shells, proof read, cite check, perfect formatting, etc.).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word (especially Tables of Authorities and Tables of Contents for Motions).
- Knowledge of law/motion and discovery deadlines pursuant to the CCP and FRCP for Central District CA.
- Conducting Intakes with Potential Clients.
- Communicating with clients, setting up calls, and meetings.
- Light administrative work for partner; and
- Familiar with Clio & MyCase is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.
