We're looking for an individual with two to four years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal. The candidate must be readily familiar with state and federal filing procedures. The candidate should be able to conduct legal research and preferably should have a paralegal certificate or JD. The candidate must be career-oriented, personable and familiar with a collaborative working environment. You must have great organizational skills. You must know how to propound and respond to discovery demands.
