Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients, answering/returning phone calls and emails
- Gather necessary information and documents for client files
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents
- Prepare and proofread legal correspondence and documents
- Scheduling
- Manage attorney calendars and deadlines
- Copy, print, and scan documents
- Manage all administrative responsibilities in the office i.e. tracking and ordering office supplies
- Manage social media accounts i.e. create posts and respond to messages
- Plan and manage marketing events
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good customer service and a friendly, polite disposition
- Ability to prioritize tasks and stay calm under pressure
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality
- Proficient in relevant software programs (Word, Excel, Adobe Pro, Canva, etc. )
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
-Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
