Aliav Law is a dynamic and growing Law Firm committed to delivering exceptional legal services. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to legal professionals, including attorneys and paralegals.
- Assist in document preparation, formatting, proofreading, and filing.
- Manage and organize legal correspondence, documents, and records.
- Coordinate meetings, court dates, and appointments.
- Conduct legal research and compile information as requested.
- Assist in preparing and organizing case materials and trial binders.
- Handle phone and email communication with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Legal Administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and legal software.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and processes.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in working in an Estate and Trust Law Firm
