As an Administrative Assistant at Legal Corner Law Office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by handling a variety of administrative tasks and providing support to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner
- Speaking to clients and providing exceptional customer service
- Verifying information and ensuring accuracy
- Reviewing hours and managing timecards for employees
- Running payroll and ensuring timely payment
- Communicating administrative messages with the company
- Calling clients and other companies for anything that is needed
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed by day
Qualifications:
- Prior administrative experience
- Prior customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- High School Diploma or equivalent
