Law Office Receptionist

Overview: The Johnson Firm, a well-established law firm located at 1419 Ryan Street in Lake Charles, Louisiana, is seeking an on-site Full-Time Receptionist to join our team. This role is most suitable for candidates that are looking for an opportunity to work in a growing firm and enjoy client interaction, on the phone and face to face. The candidate must be professional, organized, responsible and capable of eventually working with limited supervision. This is an important position in helping us to meet our client’s needs. This individual must be able to keep up with a fast pace while answering client calls and greeting incoming clients that have appointments.

The Front Desk Receptionist will perform receptionist duties such as answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, and scheduling appointments
