Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other relevant documents
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Experience:
-Efficient in Quick Books
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Office Suite, or similar software applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
