We are looking for one employee at our metairie location.
You will be responsible for receptionist style work in a medical office setting (medical background not needed). You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to multitask effectively, while accommodations patients.
Responsibilities
- Making appointments via phone calls
- Document basic medical history
- Organize and schedule appointments on a computer program
- Update and file medical records
Skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Service oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
